Terms for evaluating Hotlution.
Effective October 3, 2026. These plain-language terms describe an early-stage proof of concept. They have not been reviewed by legal counsel and are not a substitute for a production agreement.
Purpose of the service
Hotlution helps users explore infrastructure architecture options, indicative costs, security guidance and generated infrastructure files. The current POC is provided for evaluation and planning—not as a managed production deployment service.
Planning output, not professional assurance
Architecture recommendations, security scores, cost ranges, Terraform and CI/CD files are starting points for review. They may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular workload. Qualified engineering, security, legal and financial review remains your responsibility before production use.
No customer cloud changes
The current in-product deployment controls are mocked or dry-run. Hotlution does not connect to a customer AWS account or apply generated infrastructure from the POC. Never assume that a displayed plan has been deployed or validated in your environment.
Your responsibilities
Provide only information you are authorized to use, protect your account, and do not submit credentials, tokens, production secrets, regulated data or malicious content. You are responsible for reviewing any exported material before using it.
Availability and changes
The POC may change, pause or become unavailable without a guaranteed service level. Features shown as coming soon are directional and are not commitments to deliver on a particular date.
Costs and third-party services
Displayed cloud costs are indicative estimates based on assumptions, not quotes or billing guarantees. Any future use of AWS or another third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms and charges.
Warranty and liability
The POC is provided as available for evaluation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that it is error-free, secure for every use case or fit for production, and Hotlution is not responsible for decisions made solely from its planning output.
